1. About these terms

These terms apply to all services provided by AN Solution Pakistan (“we”, “us”, “our”), a project of Anjum Networks, operating the website ansolutionpakistan.com. By placing an order or paying for a package, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We design and build websites, online stores, business systems and web applications, and provide related services such as domain registration, hosting, business email, maintenance, logo & branding and social media management, as described on our website and in your package.

3. Packages and prices

• Package prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on our website and at checkout.
• Free domain and hosting included with a package are for the first year only; renewal charges apply after that.
• Social media advertising budget is not included in any package.
• Any work outside the chosen package is quoted separately and only starts after your approval.

4. Payment

• We work on 50% advance to start the project and 50% on completion, before the website is handed over / made live.
• Payments can be made through the methods offered at checkout or sent to you by our team (such as bank transfer or Raast). You receive an invoice for every payment.
• We never ask for your card PIN or wallet PIN by phone, email or WhatsApp.

5. Delivery

A starter website is usually ready within a few days of receiving your complete details and content. Larger websites and custom systems take longer; the expected timeline is confirmed with you before work starts. Delays in receiving content, approvals or payments from you may move the delivery date.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business details, content, images and logos that you have the right to use.
• Review and approve designs and content within a reasonable time.
• Do not use the website or services for any unlawful purpose.

7. Revisions and support

Reasonable changes during the build are included. Support and maintenance are provided as described in your package. Major new features after approval are quoted separately.

8. Ownership

After full payment, the website content and design created for you are yours to use for your business. Third-party items (such as domains, hosting, plugins or stock images) remain subject to their own providers’ terms. We may show your completed website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

9. Domains and hosting

Domains are registered in your business’s name where possible. Domain and hosting renewals must be paid before expiry to avoid suspension; we will remind you in advance.

11. Limitation of liability

We take care to deliver reliable work, but we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of business or profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page applies to new orders from the date shown above.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
