Refund & cancellation policy
Clear rules for cancelling an order and getting a refund.
We want you to be happy with your website. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work with AN Solution Pakistan (“we”, “us”, “our”), a project of Anjum Networks, operating the website ansolutionpakistan.com.
1. Cancellation before work starts
If you cancel before we start designing your website, you receive a full refund of your advance, minus any third-party costs already paid on your behalf (see section 4).
2. Cancellation after work has started
- If you cancel after we have started work but before the first design is delivered, we refund 50% of the advance.
- After the first design / draft website has been delivered, the advance is non-refundable, because the work has been carried out.
3. After completion
Once the website has been completed, approved and made live, payments are non-refundable. We will, however, fix any errors in our work free of charge as part of your package support.
4. Non-refundable items
- Domain registration fees once a domain has been registered (domain registrars do not allow refunds).
- Hosting, business email and other third-party services once activated.
- Social media advertising spend paid to platforms.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method (or by bank transfer) within 7–14 working days. Bank or payment-partner processing times may vary.
6. How to request a cancellation or refund
Email team@anjumnetworks.com with your order reference (for example ANS-26-XXXXX), your name and the reason. We reply to every request.
